KK500Bet Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by KK500Bet — including Sports Betting, online casino, poker, slots, and all other platform features — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and expressly and irrevocably agree to their entire content.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, hereinafter referred to as the "User", and KK500Bet, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform". If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use KK500Bet's services.

These Terms should be read together with KK500Bet's Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion or event, which complement and form part of this document.

To create a KK500Bet account and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide an active email address and a valid mobile number for SMS confirmation;
• Not have been previously banned or excluded from the platform for a terms violation;
• Not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program in Brazil.

Only one account is allowed per one registration per CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF — or using third-party CPFs — is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible suspension of any pending balances.

KK500Bet reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension of account access.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your email, password, and any authentication codes. KK500Bet strongly recommends using a unique password for your account on this platform, different from passwords used on any other service.

All activity carried out from your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of who performed it. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, notify KK500Bet support immediately via live chat or at suporte@kk500bet.net so that the necessary security measures can be taken.

• Never share your password with anyone, including KK500Bet staff — our team will never ask for your password;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever available for added security;
• Log out after each session on shared devices;
• Keep your registered email and phone number up to date to receive security alerts.

KK500Bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between your device and our servers, ensuring that your login credentials and financial information cannot be intercepted by third parties.

KK500Bet exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods, in compliance with national financial regulations. All amounts are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL — R$).

Available deposit methods:

• Pix: minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, funds available in under 30 seconds after payment confirmation;
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, with standard anti-fraud verification;
• Boleto bancário: minimum R$ 20.00, settled within up to 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: fast deposits using the available balance in these digital wallets;
• TED Transfer: to any Brazilian bank, settled in accordance with banking hours.

Deposits are intended solely for the account holder's personal use. KK500Bet does not accept deposits made with third-party cards or accounts. If a third-party payment is identified, the amount will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

To request a withdrawal on KK500Bet, your account must be verified and the balance available for withdrawal must be at least R$ 20.00. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except where that is not technically possible.

Processing times:

• Pix: processed within minutes of request approval, available 24 hours a day;
• TED Transfer: processed within 1 business day, subject to banking hours;
• Other methods: specific timeframes communicated at the time of the request.

KK500Bet may request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or in cases where ownership confirmation is required. The process includes submitting a photo ID (national ID or driver's license) and, in some cases, a recent proof of address.

Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus balance with a pending rollover is in place. The amount available for withdrawal is calculated solely on the account's real balance, excluding any bonus funds currently subject to rollover.

Welcome Bonus — general rules:

• Value: 100% of the first deposit, up to a limit of R$ 500.00;
• Rollover: 30x on the bonus amount received;
• Deadline: 30 days from activation to meet the rollover requirement;
• Minimum odds for Sports Betting wagers to count toward the rollover: 1,50;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover;
• Casino games contribute to the rollover according to the contribution table available in the bonus section.

The bonus is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated after the rollover requirement is fully met become available for withdrawal.

KK500Bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: betting on both sides of the same event, using automated betting systems, or participating in coordinated betting groups to exploit bonuses.

KK500Bet offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports, and other sports, with both pre-match and live markets.

General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet is irrevocable, unless the Cash Out feature is available and activated by the user;
• Cash Out can be triggered during live events while available — the Cash Out value is calculated using real-time odds at the moment of the request;
• Bets placed on events that have already started due to a system error will be voided and the amount refunded;
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be voided by KK500Bet, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• If an event is suspended or cancelled before completion, bets on still-open markets are refunded; markets already settled remain valid.

KK500Bet uses odds that reflect international market probabilities and reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or events, particularly when there is suspicion of result manipulation or unusual betting volume.

Bets placed after an event has started due to a system update failure may be voided at KK500Bet's discretion, even if they were accepted by the platform.

The KK500Bet online casino features slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, crash games, and other titles provided by internationally certified suppliers. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by an independent firm, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.

• The results of all casino games are determined by certified RNG and cannot be influenced by any technical action from the user or the platform;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available on the game page or in the provider's information;
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with human dealers — any connection interruptions do not affect the outcome already recorded on the server;
• If a technical failure prevents a round from being completed, the amount wagered is refunded in full;
• Gaming strategies are allowed, but the use of any automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on KK500Bet:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or a third party's CPF;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets automatically;
• Intentionally and systematically exploiting odds errors or system bugs;
• Participating in bonus abuse schemes, including betting on both sides of the same event using different accounts to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome;
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods;
• Attempting to defraud the identity verification (KYC) system;
• Any conduct constituting money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.

If any of these behaviors are identified, the account will be immediately closed and all pending balances suspended with no right to a refund. KK500Bet may also report suspicious activity to the relevant Brazilian authorities when necessary.

Closure by the user: you may close your account at any time by submitting a request via live chat or email. Available real-money balances (excluding bonuses with pending rollover) will be returned via Pix after standard identity verification.

Closure by KK500Bet: the platform reserves the right to close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Identification of fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Request by the user under the responsible gambling program.

Self-exclusion: users who identify issues with their gambling behavior may request temporary self-exclusion (from 1 day to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion directly through the account dashboard, with no justification required. KK500Bet treats all self-exclusion requests as the highest priority.

KK500Bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of scheduled maintenance affecting live bets or ongoing tournaments, users will be notified in advance whenever possible.

KK500Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: changes in Brazilian legislation, product and service updates, correction of inconsistencies, or adaptation to new market practices.

When changes are significant, you will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance before the new version takes effect. For minor or editorial changes, the "last updated" date will be revised without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the new Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updates, you must close your account before the new version's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and other applicable regulations.

The courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby designated as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of the KK500Bet platform, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
